As General Manager IT at IFB Industries, I implemented SAP across 52 locations, integrating barcode systems, weighing scales, and a franchise portal while consolidating data centers for major cost savings. Earlier, as CIO at Krishna Maruti (Maruti JV), I delivered a custom ERP in just eight months — the first joint venture to connect vendors via extranet with 100% on‑line integration into Maruti's SAP ecosystem. At JV Gokal & Co., I led Oracle e‑Business Suite implementation across Kolkata and Cochin. I pioneered computerization at Premier Vinyl Flooring Ltd and, earlier in my career, designed and deployed integrated commercial software for over 50 clients, including Indorama Synthetics, Lakhani India, and Hindustan Synthetics.
